Placing an Order with Ann's Sunny Day!

*Special Note:  Before placing your order, please call Ann at (315) 657-3700 to confirm you are sending this information via e-mail, Ann will then respond to you and e-mail you back a completed order form/contract that you can then sign and send via US Mail with your deposit.  Please note that we cannot reserve your spot without a completed and signed contract and deposit.  We book only one wedding per weekend so we can take the time and care to preserve your flowers the best ways possible.  Thank-You for your business and we look forward to helping you preserve your special memories!

Please supply the following in your e-mail (you can cut and paste this if you prefer):

  • Your Name & Relationship to the Bride or Person
  • The Bride's name (maiden and married) & info. if needed (for a gift certificate)
  • Date of Wedding or Special Event
  • Phone Number (home and/or cell)
  • E-mail Address
  • House Address
  • Information about flower pick-up or drop off (example - at the Reception at Justin's Grill Ann will pick-up at 11:00p.m. on Saturday, October 5.  Or, Bride's Mom, Sharon, will drop flowers off at Ann's house on Sunday morning at approx. 9a.m.)
  • What is being pressed?  (a Bridal Bouquet, Centerpiece, Funeral Spray, etc.)
  • What color frame would you like (Silver, Oak, Mohogany, Antique Silver, etc.)
  • Any other important information such as who is the contact person, the brides' mother, sister, or a family friend.
